Platform Fair Usage Guidelines
Platform Fair Usage Guidelines
Our platform is engineered to operate at an enterprise scale while delivering consistent real-time performance and reliability across all applications. To help you design and build optimized solutions, we establish these Fair Usage Guidelines.
These guidelines represent best-practice advisory thresholds based on typical high-performance architectures. They are designed to:
- Ensure stable platform performance and exceptional response times.
- Maintain consistent, high-availability service levels across all customer integrations.
- Outline expected data-model structures at scale.
- Assist developers in avoiding unexpected latency or edge-case behavior during high transaction loads.
Unless otherwise noted, these guidelines are intended as advisory recommendations to steer implementation design. If your specific application or promotional campaign structure anticipates volumes beyond these recommended guidelines, we encourage you to engage your Account Manager to discuss your requirements.

Technical Impacts of Operating Outside Guidelines
Customers operating consistently beyond published fair usage guidelines may experience:
- Decreased real-time API response throughput or elevated latency times.
- Minor delays in processing.
- Limitations in Offer qualification or evaluation
We recognise that some enterprise use cases require non-standard scale or configuration. Where this is the case, exceptions may be considered subject to technical review and agreement.
Please contact your Account Manager if you believe your implementation may exceed any of the guidelines outlined above.
