Digital Wallet | All loyalty schemes are underpinned by the Eagle Eye Air Wallet functionality, enabling a single view of the customer across every touchpoint and across the entire loyalty programme and associated promotions/ rewards. |
Wallet Configuration | Wallet usage and logic can be configured to suit organisation and scheme structure. Many elements such as Wallet, Identity, Consumer and Account types can be configured to suit the required use case. |
Wallet Consumer | A Wallet Consumer holds information about the person or organisation who owns the Wallet. |
Wallet Identities | Wallet Identities are a means of finding and accessing a wallet. Think of them as a key to open a Wallet. An identity could be:

Wallet Transactions | Wallet transactions hold details about a transaction that has occurred against a Wallet. This can include promotions redeemed, points earned etc. alongside basket data associated to the transaction. |
Accounts | Accounts are instances of a scheme, promotion, subscription or stored value account that are held within the Wallet. They contain data around that promotion’s validity along with associated value/ balances. |
Wallet Relationships | Create relationships between Wallets. |
Householding | Two or more wallets can be linked to create a household, where balances and coupons can be shared. |
Join, Split | Two Wallets can be joined to create a relationship of a given type. When this relationship is no longer needed, it can be broken using our Split functionality. |
Merge | Ability to take two Wallets and “merge” the contents. This is useful when a Consumer has two accounts they wish to combine into one. |
Wallet Invites | Wallet Invites are a means of asking another Wallet to “do something”. The most common use case is to ask another Wallet to join a Wallet hierarchy or household. |
Wallet Statistics | Wallet Statistics hold summary data about a specific Wallet such as number of donations made. |
3rd Party Access | The ability for client’s 3rd party issuance partners to access Eagle Eye digital wallets where those wallets do not belong to them. |
