Media Centre Integration
This section provides a blueprint guide for how media partners are integrated to the Eagle Eye AIR platform.
Campaign Set-up
The media partner would have a “promotion”, collecting some data which would trigger a chain of events that would see a campaign created within the Eagle Eye AIR platform.
From there, the nominated retailers would be notified for their approval to partake in the campaign and then the selected audience partners alerted to the new campaign.
Note: this can be utilised in a closed or open loop model.
Offer Recommendations
When the media partner is using data analytics to optimise media activity based on a known customer, then a recommendations file can be passed to Eagle Eye.
The recommendations file basically says if you see this customer in this channel then offer them these offers, as opposed to a vanilla advertising model.
Note: Media partners don’t need to use recommendations, a pure advertising model can be deployed
Offer Acceptance
When a customer sees an offer on a media channel they can select to accept the offer, which will add the offer to their Wallet or give them a unique offer code (e.g. sent via email/passbook etc.).
Note: if recommendations are in use then this will mark the recommendation as used.
Note: the media partner will be notified when the customer accepts the offer.
Note: in the case of open loop offers, the customer can select where to redeem.
Redemption Events
When a customer redeems a coupon, redemption events are sent to the appropriate partners to indicate the offer was redeemed.
These events are using by the partner(s) for billing, auditing and data optimisation opportunities.
