Types of Subscriptions

The types of subscription plans that can be implemented include:

  • Access to added value services (e.g. free delivery, click & collect)
  • Accelerated loyalty points earned for subscribers (category/brand/SKU specific if required)
  • Access to subscriber-only content and promotions
  • Access to ‘unlimited’ products (e.g. coffee subscription)
  • Access to exclusive customer service support
  • Free gifts
  • Financial services benefits (e.g. split payments)

We offer 3 types of subscription models:

Basic Offering

Simply having a coupon which is regularly reissued into a wallet once it is used or expires using our APIs or is a multi-use coupon.

Plans and Subscriptions

A more complex model where multiple coupons are offered as part of a subscription and these coupons linked via a parent account and can be managed via a single configuration at plan level.

Chargebee Integration

When customers sign up for retail subscription services our integration services with Chargebee (who is a subscription payment service) means we can offer a full end-to-end journey for both Stored Value and promotion-based subscription offerings.

The service creates stored value or coupons in a wallet, it does not use our full plan/subscription account functionality.
