Introduction

Eagle Eye AIR is an API-first transactional platform that delivers omnichannel personalisation at scale in real-time.

The guides in this portal are designed to provide the required information to integrate with the Eagle Eye AIR platform and help developers learn about each of our Products and how to use each API.

The platform is separated into core and add-on products which provide different capabilities to retailers based on their requirements. The 3 core products are listed below:

• Real Time Loyalty
• Omninchannel Promotions
• Gifting & Top-up

AIR requires at least 1 core product to be implemented in order to implement any of the add-on products listed below:

• Cloud Based Adjudication
• Message At Till
• Subscriptions

Each product has a range of capabilities that are supported by a set of underlying APIs and components, which combine to form the AIR platform. The APIs offer high flexibility and a range of different integration points to our clients, whilst also underpinning a user interface to the platform called AIR dashboard.
