| Reward Banks | Banks of rewards can be created that provide the option to the consumer to exchange a specific number of points for a coupon. |
| Exchange | Exchange transactions take place when a consumer exchanges their points for a coupon from an available Reward Bank. The correct number of points is debited from their account and a coupon is created within their Wallet. Can also be configured to have no exchange (points cost) as a surprise and delight mechanic. An exchange can also be un-done in one process (subject to some qualifying criteria). |
| Auto-Exchange | When a configurable points threshold is exceeded you can exchange them for a pre-defined Coupon automatically. |
| Targeted Rewards | Reward Banks can be public or personal. Public banks are available to all scheme members whereas personal banks can be targeted to specific wallets to allow them access to specific rewards or reward banks. This can be done via API or file ingestion. |
