Entitlement Management

Item	Description
Entitlement Management	Ability in the dashboard to assign entitlements to a Subscription Plan. These are the rewards the customer will receive when they are enrolled into a plan.
Add to Existing Wallet	Ability to add a Subscription Plan & its Entitlements to an existing Wallet via API
Start and End Dates	Ability to set the start and end date of entitlements. Start and end dates can differ between the Subscription Account and the Entitlement accounts

Important Note

Subscriptions is an add-on product so the Entitlements available to add the the subscription plan will depend on the Core products they have purchased.

Examples

Grocer wants to offer a subscription where customers get additional money off coupons as well as points boosters e.g. 3 double points days per year. The client must have Omnichannel Promotions and Real-Time Loyalty in order to access these entitlements
A coffee shop wants to offer a subscription where they offer 5 free coffees per day and 10% off food. The client must have Omnichannel Promotions enabled
A department store wants to offer a subscription where a stored value voucher is topped up with £50 per quarter to spend as well as receiving a physical gift in the post. The client must have Gifting & Top-up enabled
