Event Notifications

Item	Description
Events	Each time a Wallet is created or updated or a transaction takes place, an event is generated which can be delivered to data warehouse or CRM for reporting purposes or to trigger further action (e.g. an email or push notification to be generated).

Dashboard Reporting

Item	Description
Orders Report	Orders created for a period
Order Items	Items on an order. Note: 1 Order ID can have Item IDs.
Programmes Events	Stored Value transactions for a period (Limited to 3 months)
Programme Accounts	Stored Value transaction history of a single account/token (Limited to 3 months)
Programme Account Status	Current balance and status of all stored value accounts (Download only)
Liability by Programme	Outstanding liability by programme calculated from all values against each event type (Download only)
Programme Liability by Time Period	Outstanding liability by time period calculated from all values against each event type (Download only)
Report Queue	Exported reports over 100 rows will be sent to the report queue.

Eagle Eye Analytics

Item	Description
Stored Value - Dashboard	Designed to give summary data on key transaction milestones, for a Marketeer/Financial Controller to quickly update a slide deck or the SLT in a meeting.
Stored Value - Report	Designed to give granular data on stored value transaction / event changes and at a deep level to ‘Stored Value - Dashboard’ The User can export this to .csv and import into their own tools, or follow the breadcrumbs directly.
Stored Value - Liability by Time Period	Summary transcation-type data on Stored Value accounts over time. This allows a retailer to have a birds-eye view of liability.

Programme Detail	Export of each Programme (Stored Value) including the number and value of transactions year on year.
Programme Reconciliation	Shows the full life cycle of a Stored Value account. A Stored Value account is a data entity that contains the balances and other data relating to each gift card, voucher or prepaid account. The report tracks all transactions from creation through to balance clearance, cancellation, or account expiry. It also provides a breakdown of all balance changes and related transactions. The report uses key data parameters to allow for efficient reconciliation against other reports.
