Spend as Tender

ItemDescription
Spend rule OptionsThe ability to set the rules around the value of points and the increments in which they can be spent.
Spend Product ExclusionsThere is an option against all schemes to include or exclude products from being purchased with points.
Rules per Company BannerFor organisations with multiple trading banners, spend rules can be configured on a per-banner basis allowing for points to be exchanged for different monetary amounts if required.

Charity Donations

ItemDescription
Ad-hoc DonationsAllowing for points to be donated from one account to another on an ad-hoc basis.
Charity Wallet RelationshipsCharity relationships can be created to link Wallets. These relationships are usually created when a consumer selects one or more charities that they have an affinity to. These relationships can be used to setup regular donations (see below).
Regular DonationsAllow consumers to earn points for their chosen charity alongside base earn. This can be at the same or a different rate to standard base earn.
Donation LimitsLimit the number of points that can be donated by an individual per day.

Reward Bank and Points Exchange

ItemDescription
Reward BanksBanks of rewards can be created that provide the option to the consumer to exchange a specific number of points for a coupon.
ExchangeExchange transactions take place when a consumer exchanges their points for a coupon from an available Reward Bank. The correct number of points is debited from their account and a coupon is created within their Wallet. Can also be configured to have no exchange (points cost) as a surprise and delight mechanic. An exchange can also be un-done in one process (subject to some qualifying criteria).
Auto-ExchangeWhen a configurable points threshold is exceeded you can exchange them for a pre-defined Coupon automatically.
Point ThresholdWhen a configurable points threshold is met you can issue a pre-configured Reward Bank Link to give the loyalty member a Reward as part of the programme, or as a surprise-and-delight. The loyalty member can then choose to exchange their points for the options as part of a standard Reward Bank reward.
Surprise-and-Delight (Member Choice)When a member reaches a predefined milestone or target you can give them a select of Rewards to choose from (Targeted Reward Bank) where they do not exchange there points balance. Typically Use Cases can be spend £1,000 using your credit card and choose one of three Perks as a surprise-and-delight mechanic.
Targeted RewardsReward Banks can be public or personal. Public banks are available to all scheme members whereas personal banks can be targeted to specific wallets to allow them access to specific rewards or reward banks. This can be done via API or file ingestion.
