Update PIN

This method allows the calling application to change a Token's (Account's) PIN within the AIR platform. Please note - Campaign (or Programme) settings controls if a PIN is enabled or not

If this key is present in the Request payload, EES AIR will perform an additional check if it matches with a PIN value stored in EES AIR and only then the next action will be attempted (in this case PIN change). Up to the calling application to include this key into Request Payload or not.
