This API method allows the calling application to block a specified Wallet Account. Currently available for STANDARD_SUBSCRIPTION, ECOUPON, VOUCHER, DEBIT and PLASTIC accounts. Please note: a) this operation will also suspend Children Accounts of requested Wallet Account (if applicable) and create one or more Wallet Account Transactions. b) Only Account(s) with status=ACTIVE could be blocked
