Lock

This API endpoint allows the calling application to explicitly request specified Account to be locked. Please note : * this endpoint should be used in real-time only * Locked Wallet Accounts could not be used elsewhere, * all locked Accounts will automatically Expire if not SETTLED nor UNLOCKED within expiry lock time out
