This API method allows the calling application to activate a specified Wallet Account. Currently available for COUPON, CONTINUITY, POINTS and STANDARD_SUBSCRIPTION accounts. Please note this operation would also activate all children Accounts (if applicable) and create one or more Wallet Account Transactions.
